Our Story

At Grass & Grill, we believe great steak starts at the source. That's why we work only with suppliers with extensive grass-fed systems and responsible herd management. Our commitment is simple: to deliver premium-quality beef sourced from trusted producers around the world, ensuring exceptional taste, consistency and supply.

We proudly source from heritage breeds like Angus and Hereford cattle, prized for their rich marbling, depth of flavour, and natural tenderness. Every cut we offer comes from cattle that have spent the majority of their lives - our aim is at least 70% grazed naturally in fields. *

*The farmers work year-round in the elements. In exceptional weather or environmental conditions where cattle must be sheltered for the wellbeing, grazing access may be reduced up to 50% of their lifetime.
