The quality beef we source comes from a selection of trusted suppliers globally. Our goal is for all cattle to spend at least 70%of their lives grazing in fields. However, in rare cases such as exceptional environmental conditions cattle may need to be sheltered in barns for their wellbeing. In these situations, they may spend closer to 50% of their lives grazed naturally in fields, but never below this.

Our beef is aged for a minimum of 30 days for tenderness and deep flavour. Ensuring a great quality steak experience at home.

Q. Is your beef really grass-fed?
Beef destined for Grass & Grill spend a minimum of 70% of their life naturally grazing in fields. We endeavour all of our beef to be over 70%, however by exception in a few cases this may drop below 70% due to weather conditions, soil type and other environmental conditions. We would never serve beef that has spent less than 50% of its life grazing naturally.
